Chest exercise live demoStarting Position:
  • Attach a fitness band to a door.

  • Stand with your back toward the door with feet
    shoulder width apart and a slight bend in the knees.

  • Hold a handle in each hand.

  • Your elbows should be bent and pointed out to the
    sides.
Movement:
  • Contracting the chest muscles, press the arms out and
    down toward the floor stopping just short of the arms fully extending.

  • Slowly return to the starting position.
Key Points :
  • Exhale as you lift the weights.

  • Inhale while returning to the starting position.
