Ingredients:

1 egg
2 egg white
1/4 c water
1/2 c ExpertExtras RealCream dry dairy cream
2 tsps ThickenThin not/Starch thickener
1-2 tsps sugar equivalent
pinch alt
1/4 c water

Combine ingredients into thin batter. It tends to thicken a bit on standing, so have extra water available. Preheat small frying pan, and butter evenly.

Pour a small amount of batter into pan, swirl to form even thin pancakes or crepes. When center of crepe appears set and edges are slightly brown, turn over (if it starts to tear, let it cook a few seconds longer) . Cook on other side just to brown slightly.
